According to the US Food and Drug Administration,after ingesting caffeine, you may begin to feel the effects within 15 minutes. Caffeine reaches its peak level in the blood within one hour and can stay in your system for four to six hours.

Some researchers from Portugal, USA and Brazil have found that coffee can reduce the stress. They shed lights on it by giving caffeine to mice  and discovered that they were better at handling stressful situations compared to those which were without caffeine.
