#Kanye2020 - if not president, then what?
The path for Kanye West may change forever after 2020
It’s all over the news. Kanye West declared his intention to run for president of the United States in 2020. He is a well known public figure, successful artist and a happy husband and father. His fans have already started showing their support on social media. But does he have what it takes to be the next face on Mount Rushmore?
Back in 2008, Kanye stated: ‘I will go down as the voice of this generation, of this decade, I will be the loudest voice.' Maybe he was planning to run for president all along, but was just waiting for the right time? He might now be ready for a change of path and a switch to politics. He has already been welcomed by the Democratic Party, who tweeted:
Even among other celebrities, the support didn’t take long to appear. On his official Twitter page, Justin Timberlake stated:”I JUST watched my man 'Ye's FULL speech... He always has a point. And I support it. #truth”. Do you think Justin Timberlake would vote for Kanye West if it came to that?
As much as we are excited about this rumor and looking forward to the race, we also have our theories about what Kanye should do if he doesn’t make it to finish line. Running for president is without doubt a very stressful experience. For his wellbeing, we believe Kanye should step away from the public scene for some time, regain his strength, reflect on all that has happened and figure out what his next step will be.
We believe that he should focus on making money online for a while. He stated that he believes people with ideas are what matter: “It’s about ideas, bro. New ideas. People with ideas.” Based on this and his experience, we have 4 ideas of what he could choose to do after the elections in 2020.
1. Kanye going back to blogging
One of the most famous ways of making money online is being a blogger. Kanye West has tried this path before, for three years, until his blog, KanyeUniverseCity.com, shut down in 2010. The website was famous for covering various interesting topics. It was the place where Kanye could speak his mind, and it was considered fascinating by fans.
We are therefore sure that, if Kanye West would decide to make money online, opening a blog is the first thing he should do. Like that, he could communicate freely with his fans, share his ideas and opinions and make a difference.
2. Kanye rocking online surveys
It is no secret that Kanye West has a lot of strong opinions, and he doesn’t hesitate to share them with any occasion. This is why we believe that taking online surveys is a great option for him, since he could make money online by enriching others with his insights. He always has something to say, and his answers would be a great asset for companies worldwide when they are looking for feedback or ideas for development.
3. Kanye making money online by tutoring young aspirants
Another suggestion is for Kanye to become an online tutor. There are so many youngsters aspiring at a career in the music industry. With his big heart and great insight into the industry, he could make money online by sharing his experience and mentoring others. There is no doubt that this path would bring him great satisfaction, since he would help those in need and build a legacy.
4. Kanye freelancing as an Youtuber
Youtube is the most important platforms we believe Kanye West should be active on, considering his great talent and impact on the public. From motivational speeches, to sharing of ideas, insights into his private life or new clothing designs, Youtube could allow him to make money online with ease.
He could furthermore use his personal charm and close relationship with his fan community to promote his fashion items and sell them on the Internet. We are already imagining viral videos of himself or members of his family, wearing and promoting his designs. This would certainly bring great success.
Regardless of which path Kanye will choose, it is guaranteed that his fans will follow him closely. Making money online looks like a possible path for Mr. West, in the case he doesn’t become the new president in 2020. Do you agree?
